I have had the plans for this cradle for fifteen years, so when I found out that my daughter was pregnant I pulled it out. My wife, Sue and my other daughter Juli wanted it to be a family project so we made it and gave it to my granddaughter Ayla. Sue and Juli also made the mattress,mattress cover, pillow and blanket. It is made out of cherry and is finished in antique oil.
